Public Health Guidance For Patrons

Summit County Public Health, Akron Children’s Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Akron General and Summa Health have all advised adherence to CDC guidance regarding the wearing of masks in indoor public places, such as the Akron Civic Theatre.

All patrons are must wear a mask at all times inside the theater regardless of vaccination status.

Some shows may require more than a mask and that information will be on the show event page on our website. You should also be contacted by your point of purchase about guidelines for specific shows, if more than a mask is required. You should also be able to see specific show guidelines on Ticketmaster.

Hand sanitizer stations are available in the lobbies and outside of restrooms. Those exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or who may have been exposed to someone presenting symptoms in the 14 days prior to an event are asked not to attend.

In cases where shows are re-scheduled, existing tickets will be honored for the new date. In instances where Goodyear Theater cannot reschedule, ticket buyers will be contacted regarding options. Patrons will find updates on our website at www.Goodyeartheater.com and on our social media platforms on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Goodyeartheater/), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com//) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/).
